I am a visual artist based in South London. A graduate of Royal College of Art, MA Fine Art painting. I was awarded British Council’s Postgraduate Art Scholarship to study Chinese painting in Hangzhou Academy of Art, China. I have exhibited my artwork in London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Shanghai, China.
My artistic practice explores identity and place using symbolism to explore themes of change and transformation.
My art studio is where I spend time developing my creative processes, selecting, seeding, growing, developing experimenting, interacting and crystalising my ideas together to bring it to form. Simultaneously channelling this form through my personal lived experiences to create artworks that reflect aspects of change in our time. As part of my artist practice I have engaged with the community and public to capture individual stories of change and connecting this with the wider collective narrative of transformation in our time.
